Vera Chan-Pool serves as the Client Services Operations Manager at Cascade Investment Planning. She brings nearly a decade of industry experience to the team. Vera earned her Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications and Print Journalism from Emerson College, where she also minored in the Psychology of Mass Media.
She prioritizes transparency and clarity in every client interaction. Vera ensures clients understand our business operations and possess the information necessary to set clear expectations.
Outside the office, Vera supports her daughter’s journey as a high school student-athlete. She frequently travels across the country for softball tournaments. Her personal interests include independent films, library books, and a diverse range of music. She also enjoys attending comedy shows and art exhibits.
